I was sick of my past hauler running my credit card when my bill wasnt do so it was time to change haulers. I called Kalee At K&J Hauling and They gave me the same rate but ensured me there would be zero issues and so far its been excellent service with no issues.

With my old trash guy my Monthly Rate kept getting increased with no explanation and a note kept being left on my doorsaying I owed trying to get money when my bill wasnt do so i switched over to k and j and its been five stars all around

My deep freezer went out the night before my grand daughters graduation party was being held at my house and I had no idea what to do so I called k j hauling to leave a message around 2am about getting my bad freezer and old food hauled out and kalee answered my call and came right out to take care of my problem and by 230am my mess was cleaned up
It was time for a change
My old trash hauler would change pick up days with out notice or let snow mess them up for a week it was different all the time my Trash would be out for days after my pick up day. So I switched to kandj and so far I love it pick up is the same time every week and I'm told it will remain on schedule
No more messes
Every Wednesday I would come home from work to loose trash around my cans the lids would be 10 feet away and there would be broken glass, paint, food and trash juice in front of my driveway where my old trash man would stop the truck. So I canceled them and went with this company and so far the really are the better choice in trash service no more loose trash no more mess in front of my driveway and my cans and lids are put back.

Everything that was mentioned in K & J Haulings radio add I was going through and on top of that my old trash hauler was sending a Collection Company to my house on the weekends and all hours of the day to collect and my payment wasnt even do they lost record of it so after 3 times of dealing with this and them saying it would never happen again I couldnt take it any more so I switched to K & J and its been great so far I look forward to them being my forever hauler as long as they are in business ill be a customer
